Snap Lunches
There are so many bad things happening in the world that we can't do anything about. This is one way we can have an impact, even though it's very small, to help with hunger.
For people who are not going to receive SNAP benefits because of the government shutdown, River is offering a free SNAP lunch every day from noon to 7PM for people who need it. Drop by and ask for lunch on us, no questions asked. We will be offering these SNAP lunches for all of November.
Mac and Wings
Our snap lunch is a combination of two of our most popular dishes mac and cheese and chicken wings. Enjoy a bowl of mac served with five chicken wings in the sauce of your choice.
How can you help?
A lot of people have ask us how can they help. The easiest way to help is donate to your locate food bank. Come by River for a meal and boost our ability to be able to provide SNAP lunches to people in need.
