The River Art Gallery, located inside River Pool & Sports Bar, is proud to showcase a new local artist each month. As part of Portland's First Thursday tradition, we host a monthly celebration that brings together art, community, and conversation in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The mission of the River Art Gallery is to advance the cultural renaissance of Old Town Portland, by enriching the community through the transformative power of art.
During each First Thursday event, guests are invited to meet the featured artist, view their latest work, and connect with fellow art enthusiasts. To help foster a true sense of community, we provide a complimentary pizza buffet and welcome everyone to join us.
